Ivan has been the biggest blessing of my life and has brought out the best in me ever since the first day we met. I can get through any obstacles or struggles that come my way as long as I have Ivan by my side.  ✨I’m in My Reading ERA—and It’s Changing EVERYTHING✨📚


I’ve officially entered my reading era, and honestly, I don’t think I’m ever leaving.📚

It started out small—picking up a book a friend recommended called the love hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood. I loved it and finished it in 2 days! I also noticed that reading that book helped me quiet my racing thoughts and just escape for a while. With that being said, books have become one of my greatest sources of peace. They calm my anxiety, help me slow down, and ground me in the present moment. There’s something magical about getting lost in a story and letting your mind unplug from the constant buzz of the digital world.

Speaking of unplugging, one of the BIGGEST shifts I’ve made lately is consciously STEPPING AWAY FROM SCREENS, I didn’t realize how much I needed that mental break until I started making it a priority. It turns out, disconnecting from the digital chaos and reconnecting with a good book can do wonders for your mind.

Another big change? I’ve started a new morning routine that I’m pretty proud of. It’s not easy, but I’ve been getting up at 4 AM—yep, you read that right 4AM! I use that quiet time for a workout and then dive into a book while drinking some coffee until my kids wake up. It’s become this peaceful little pocket of the day that’s just for me. No noise, no rush, just movement, breath, and pages.

All these changes—reading more, reducing screen time, starting a consistent workout routine—they’re adding up. I can feel it. Healthy habits are stacking, and it’s helping me become more centered, more present, and just… better. There’s a certain clarity that comes with choosing habits that feed your soul.

📖So here I am, fully in my reading era,(Which I don't think will ever go away now) and loving it. And if you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just a little scattered—maybe it’s time to pick up a book, too!!📖
