✨What I Need to Remember When Life Gets Tough✨…
Life feels overwhelming for me lately especially today and the weight of the world is pressing down on me. I need to stop, reflect and remind myself of all that I have in my life — all that truly matters.
I am a spouse to an AMAZING man, a partner who stands by me, lifts me up, and reminds me of love’s strength even in the hardest moments. Ivan has been the biggest blessing of my life and has brought out the best in me ever since the first day we met. I can get through any obstacles or struggles that come my way as long as I have Ivan by my side. I love this man more and more each day, I am truly thankful to him to have by my side to go through this crazy life with.
I am a mother to two beautiful girls, who bring light, laughter, and meaning into every single day. Watching them grow is one of my greatest blessings. With all the stressful days full of chaos and overload I still find being a mother the greatest gift that has ever been given to me. My daughters have made me grow and reflect on what truly matters in life.
I have a roof over my head — a place to call MY HOME, where love lives and amazing beautiful memories are made. I have food to nourish me, a bed to rest in, AND very importantly my HEALTH to carry me forward, one step at a time. I am surrounded by family — by love, connection, and people who care about me deeply.
No matter how hard things get, I want to remember that I am already rich in what truly matters. I am not alone. I am not empty. I am not without purpose. I am worthy of everything I have in this life.
I am truly beyond grateful for the life I’ve been given. The obstacles that have come my way have shaped me, challenged me, and made me stronger. I carry scars, yes (As do many other people in this world) BUT I also carry wisdom, resilience, and grace.
Every twist and turn, every high and low, has brought me to this point. Every decision I have ever made in my life has brought me to this point. All the struggles and sadness has brought me to this point. And while the journey hasn’t always been easy, I am proud and full of gratitude for how far I have come over the years. I am truly hopeful and excited for what lies ahead.
In moments of doubt, I will hold on to gratitude. I will count my blessings. I will continue to pray to God. I will stop and live in the present moment. I will look around me, feel the love I have, and know in my heart — I am exactly where I need to be.
